This is the support page to enter in App Store Connect. Passet has no account, so contact uses the email below.
Write
Email: dev.benito.massidda@gmail.com. Subject: Passet. Include the iPhone model, the iOS version and what happened. Do not attach a pass, ticket, card or coupon if it contains details you do not want to share. A description is enough.
Restore the purchase
The unlock for creating several passes at once is a non-consumable purchase tied to the Apple Account. On a new iPhone, or after reinstalling from the App Store or TestFlight, select more than one item and tap Restore purchase. If that account has no purchase, the app says so. The App Store and TestFlight require the purchase. In the Simulator and on development installs the unlock may already be on.
Wallet and sharing
Add to Wallet and Share use the pass created on the phone. Wallet and sharing are free. If Wallet rejects the file, write with the error message. The code on the pass is the one read from the photo or PDF: check it in the library before you use it or share it. If you share it, you send it yourself to whoever you want. Passet does not send it to DevBen.
