Terms of use

By using Passet you accept these terms. They sit alongside Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement for the app licence and for purchases.

What Passet does

Passet lets you photograph or scan a pass, a ticket, a card or a coupon, or open a photo or PDF you already have. It prepares a pass you can keep in the library, add to Apple Wallet or send to whoever you want. It does not sell those items, it is not the issuer, and it does not replace them.

Check the fields

Reading can be incomplete or wrong. Before you use a pass, add it to Wallet or share it, check the title, date and code. The code on the pass is the one read from the image. If that reading is wrong, the pass is not the original.

Acceptance

Having a pass in Wallet, or sharing it, does not guarantee entry, a discount or recognition. Acceptance depends on whoever checks the original. Passet is not responsible for refusals, duplicates or items that were already used.

Sharing

If you share the pass, you send it yourself to whoever you want. Passet does not send it to a DevBen server. You are responsible for what you share and for having the right to share it.

One-time unlock

Creating a pass from one photo, one scan or one PDF is free, including the front and the back of the same pass. Reading, Add to Wallet and sharing are free. Creating several passes from several photos or files at once requires the non-consumable purchase dev.passify.bulk. It is not a subscription. Price, invoices, refunds and restore follow Apple's rules and the Apple Account that paid. The App Store and TestFlight require the purchase. Only the Simulator and development installs may already be unlocked, without a purchase. Restore is Restore purchase, with the same Apple Account.

Acceptable use

Do not use Passet to forge passes, tickets, cards or coupons, bypass checks, or import material you do not have the right to use.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, DevBen is not liable for indirect damages, for passes lost because the device was erased or failed, or for a third party's decision to accept the pass. The pass is a personal reference.

Law

Unless a mandatory rule says otherwise, these terms are governed by Italian law. Venue: Italy. The software licence and purchases also remain subject to Apple's terms.
